I strive to breed happy healthy Siamese Kittens which are usually homed as pets.

I will turn down any prospective owner if I feel they are unable to provide the type of loving home I seek for my kittens.

I am happy to home kittens in households with well behaved, respectful children.

I prefer indoor homes for my kittens. I will home to outdoor homes where the location is quiet and/or the garden is cat fenced. cat runs are an ideal compromise.

Both parents can be seen with the kittens when you view. I encourage visits to allow us to get to know each other prior to allowing a kitten to be booked. If distance precludes viewing then a reference from your vet will be required and followed up.

All kittens will be vaccinated, wormed, litter trained, registered & 13 weeks old before they go to their new homes.

Each kitten comes with six weeks free insurance provided through PETPLAN. Please let me know if you do not require this.

I do not sell cats on the active register unless I know someone well. Please do not ask me to sell active unless you are prepared to spend a lot of time getting to know me and me getting to know you first. All kittens are sold non active unless agreed otherwise in writing.

All non active kittens are expected to be neutered at a suitable age but no later than 6 months. Registration slips will be provided when proof of neutering has been signed by your vet & sent to me.

A deposit is payable when you "book" your kitten. This is non-refundable due to the expenses incurred in re-advertising. If I have to withdraw the kitten from sale then  your deposit will be returned in full.

Payment for your kitten/s by cheque must be in full and cleared prior to collection of your kitten. You may pay cash on collection if you prefer. I do not accept credit cards.

I am always here to answer any new owners questions at any time. Full "after sales service" is provided!

Should any owner no longer be able to keep their cat for whatever reason then I will take any and all of the kittens bred at MysticTree back at any time during their lives.
